Pack-it Pita Pizzas
SERVES 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 – pita, whole wheat
  • 1 cup – spaghetti or marinara sauce
  • 4 cup – mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 medium – zucchini
  • 4 tablespoon – ranch dressing, low fat
  • 2 cup – grapes

Directions

  1. Cut pitas into triangles, cut zucchini into sticks.
  2. Pack these items separately in sealable containers, along with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella and ranch dressing.
  3. Serve with grapes.
