Pack-it Pita Pizzas
SERVES 4 servings
- 4 – pita, whole wheat
- 1 cup – spaghetti or marinara sauce
- 4 cup – mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 medium – zucchini
- 4 tablespoon – ranch dressing, low fat
- 2 cup – grapes
- Cut pitas into triangles, cut zucchini into sticks.
- Pack these items separately in sealable containers, along with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella and ranch dressing.
- Serve with grapes.
