They are #1: I don’t pay attention to portion sizes. If I did, I may break free of this 122lb plateau I’ve been at practically the entire time. But I like being “full”. And I am hungry, a lot.
#2 I don’t do strength training on calves! I can’t! My calves are already ENORMOUS! And its mostly muscle, so don’t tell me strength training is going to make them smaller. They just keep getting bigger. I’ve never worn capri’s, and I have never been able to wear zip up boots… so I just don’t work them out.
Anyway. Here are yesterday’s meals (after lower body strength (minus calves) and 40 minutes on treadmill.
That’s cottage cheese in there.
All the rest, I brought to school and either ate in school, or in the car.
Off to study… Catch you tomorrow!

Amy, I hate measuring out portion sizes too! But I always do! Do you have a little kitchen scale? I do, and I adore it…I use it every day. It measures in grams, ounces and even subtracts for bowls or whatever you are using to hold the food! Now I don’t know what I ever did without it. 122 is not heavy. Do you have a range you try to stay in? I like being full, too! It’s difficult for me to sleep when I am hungry. I always savor the full feeling when I can get it! For instance, today I ate six ounces of pecans (a lot, I know…but they are so delicious and sweet!) and promptly fell asleep for two hours! LOL
