Food addiction
Hey strangers! Although I haven’t posted, I haven’t given up. Thanks for all your encouragement and kind words. As always, its a new day! I took some more “before” photos of me today and was literally shocked at the subtle changes. It was a good thing to re-motivate me.

I wanted to put a photo update, but I am SO embarrassed. I don’t know who reads this. I don’t know if my brothers or my mother read it…. so I just deleted it.

Thanks Stacey. I’ve actually only lost like 2 lbs, and it always comes straight from my waist. Notice I didn’t post any pictures of my butt
That is the last place to lose, and it pretty much looks the same in my before and after.. So hopefully that will soon follow!
