WOW! No wonder I can’t lose ten pounds! However, 800 of those calories are from almonds!! (I ended up having an un-twittered full cup of almonds). That is too easy to do. I need to get rid of the candied almonds!
I woke up to 124.5 pounds. But I had a sweaty interval run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. It really was a good workout. I’m about to plan my week of meals, so I can stay on target.. and no more nuts!!

Too bad good fat comes with loads of calories!! I would prefer avocado and almond calories to other stuff though.
I did a similar thing yesterday,but it was the fault of the avocado. But it was good fat right?
