Whew, I was getting really worried for a few days. Some times I think its just not fair that I have to be so diligent in order to keep weight off. Why do I have to keep my calories in check so strictly?
Here was yesterday’s day. (I’m down two pounds finally). I walked for 45 minutes (my hips have been sore)
